Job Summary
This role seeks a meticulous and quality-focused Laboratory Technician to join a team conducting essential quality control analyses, primarily focusing on dairy products and water. Day-to-day tasks involve the planning, execution, and evaluation of chemical, physical, and microbiological analyses of cheese, milk, cream, and whey. You will also be responsible for organizing external laboratory investigations, ensuring the monitoring and calibration of testing equipment, and performing routine hygiene and environmental controls. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification, such as a Dairy Laboratory Technician, Agricultural Technical Assistant, or Biology/Chemistry Laboratory Technician. While prior professional experience is beneficial, motivated entry-level professionals are strongly encouraged to apply. Success requires a high degree of quality and hygiene awareness, meticulous work habits, and excellent German proficiency. The position offers stable working hours, Monday to Friday, with no shift or weekend work.
