Job Summary

This critical role involves leading and structuring the maintenance organization for Open RAN systems, ensuring seamless operations and strict adherence to client contractual requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The Maintenance Manager is responsible for coordinating all maintenance activities, establishing processes, and managing resource plans in collaboration with the Head of Operations. Key responsibilities include overall accountability to the customer for the maintenance organization, setting contractual targets, and regularly reviewing performance against defined KPIs. The manager must ensure team motivation, cost control, and adherence to the planned profit margins, while also overseeing the procurement process for the maintenance area. Success requires a relevant university degree, at least eight years of mobile telecommunications maintenance experience, strong business acumen, and proven decision-making and leadership capabilities to maintain high quality standards and long-term customer satisfaction.
