Job Summary

This specialist role focuses on optimizing and maintaining the operational efficiency and safety within a demanding electro-technical laboratory environment. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for the continuous optimization of workstation setups and functional areas, alongside planning and independently implementing improvements in the storage and inventory management of technical equipment. A critical component of the job involves supporting and monitoring work safety measures, such as planning and overseeing the safety inspections of operating resources. Furthermore, the technician acts as the primary contact for coordinating planned project-related activities, ensuring the smooth operation of specialized laboratory equipment, including high-voltage applications and rotating machinery test stands. Candidates must bring extensive experience in electro-technical lab equipment, a relevant background in Electrical Engineering, and strong German language skills (minimum B2) to effectively coordinate with diverse technical departments.
