Job Summary

This System Engineer role is crucial for the successful development of safety-critical systems, primarily within the defense environment. The successful candidate will serve as the central interface connecting requirements, architecture, and system implementation. Daily tasks involve developing and maintaining system architectures using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) with tools like Enterprise Architect (SysML), and applying the V-Model XT methodology. A core focus is analyzing system requirements for consistency, testability, and adherence to RAMT (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Testability) principles. The role requires close collaboration with Quality, Safety, and Validation teams to ensure compliance with military and quality standards (MIL-STD, STANAG, AQAP). Candidates must possess a university degree in a relevant engineering field and at least three years of experience developing safety-critical systems. Fluency in both German and English is a prerequisite for this challenging position.
