Job Summary

This role involves supporting the digitalization of the Saxon State Budget within the HKR Competence Center in Dresden. The Product Development Officer will be crucial in defining, analyzing, and implementing business process requirements using the Pega low-code platform. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with specialist departments and IT teams, developing Pega-based software solutions for complex processes, ensuring code quality through best practices and testing, and continuously identifying optimization opportunities. The successful candidate will also be responsible for troubleshooting development and operational issues, managing internal and external communication, and conducting user training and workshops for Pega tools. This position requires a degree in a relevant field and at least five years of proven IT experience, offering a secure, challenging, and flexible work environment within the state financial administration.
