Job Summary

This role as an Electricity Grid Operations Controller is central to maintaining and expanding the local power distribution network, contributing significantly to the energy transition in the Lower Rhine region. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and preparing all operational tasks, including maintenance, fault resolution, and network construction activities. A core function involves dispatching personnel, materials, and external partners, ensuring smooth implementation of planned and unplanned network operations. Furthermore, the Controller will manage decentralized network control within the low-voltage grid and coordinate system-supported plant responsibilities. Candidates must possess a Master Craftsman or Certified Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering, deep expertise in electricity distribution networks, and familiarity with the operational processes of a network operator. This position requires a proactive, structured approach, a strong focus on work safety, and a willingness to drive digital operating procedures forward.
