Job Summary

This Junior Production Specialist role, situated in Biberach-Riss within the pharmaceutical industry, involves the timely and quality-assured execution of manufacturing processes for intermediate products and final goods. Daily responsibilities include operating, cleaning, and sanitizing complex production facilities, strictly adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines. The specialist will perform regular production and cleaning cycles, conduct required In-Process Controls (IPCs), and maintain meticulous, GMP-compliant written and electronic documentation. Candidates must bring prior experience in cleaning large-scale technical production facilities, ideally within a cGMP environment, coupled with basic pharmaceutical and aseptic knowledge. Success in this role requires a high degree of flexibility, commitment to quality standards, excellent German language proficiency, and mandatory readiness for shift work, including full continuous shifts and weekend assignments. The position is initially temporary until August 2026 with potential for extension.
