The ideal candidate holds a PhD with initial professional experience or a Master's degree with several years of relevant industry experience, ideally in Biotechnology or Chemistry. Essential skills include deep technical knowledge in downstream processing, mammalian cell processes, and statistical approaches like Design of Experiments (DoE).
