Job Summary

This role as a Quality Assurance Specialist / NDT Technician involves the independent planning and execution of non-destructive material testing procedures, including UT, RT, MT, PT, VT, HB, and Metallography, primarily focused on cast parts, particularly cast iron. Daily tasks include operating, setting up, and maintaining all testing and measuring equipment, notifying upstream and downstream departments of deviations, and actively participating in the continuous improvement of product quality and testing techniques. The specialist will also handle customer site inspections, manage acceptance procedures, and coordinate external service procurement. Candidates must possess completed specialized vocational training, such as a Materials Tester qualification, and a minimum Level 2 certification in a volumetric testing method (RT/UT) according to DIN EN ISO 9712. This position offers a permanent contract, a team-oriented culture with flat hierarchies, and a clear path for professional advancement toward a Test Supervision role.
