Job Summary

As the Head of Maintenance, you will join the leadership team, taking strategic and operational responsibility for the entire technical infrastructure. Your core mission will be to continuously optimize plant availability and operational safety. This involves managing the maintenance budget, planning investments, and ensuring timely and quality maintenance for all production facilities, machinery, controls, buildings, and supply systems. You will also implement efficient technical energy management, optimize maintenance processes using modern systems, and ensure the availability of all supply networks. A key part of the role is leading and developing your team, coordinating external companies, and ensuring workplace safety and environmental protection within your domain. This role offers a chance to drive operational excellence in a medium-sized, owner-managed company with flat hierarchies and a strong team-oriented culture.
