Job Summary

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd Level Field Service Support across the Southern German region (Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria). Daily tasks involve executing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) procedures, configuring and installing PCs, peripheral devices, and hand-scanners, and performing service calls related to client hardware and network components. The role also includes providing user instruction and support, and meticulously documenting all service activities within a ticketing system. Key qualifications include a completed technical IT education or equivalent, professional experience in 1st and 2nd Level Field Support, and excellent knowledge of current Microsoft products and standard hardware.
