Job Summary
This role offers a motivated student the opportunity to gain practical experience supporting and optimizing critical IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. Day-to-day tasks involve assisting with the implementation and refinement of new processes, maintaining the knowledge database, and creating essential user guides and communication templates. The working student will also contribute to IT projects within the ITSM domain, focusing on the creation and optimization of reporting solutions, including data analysis and visualization. This position is ideal for students of Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Computer Science who possess a strong interest in process optimization, digitalization, and information technology, combined with excellent communication skills in both German and English.
Required Skills
Education
Current enrollment in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Law, or comparable degree programs (University/Applied Sciences)
Experience
- Interest in Information Technology, process optimization, and digitalization
- Interest in working with data (evaluation, visualization, interpretation)
- Experience in creating documents and communication templates
