Job Summary

This IT Technician role, based in Bonn, focuses on providing essential 1st and 2nd level support and managing client infrastructure within a dynamic customer environment. Daily tasks involve processing IT Service Management (ITSM) tickets, installing and provisioning machines according to standard specifications, and accurately managing user accounts and passwords within Active Directory (AD). A core responsibility is meticulous asset management, including list maintenance and database entry for all devices, alongside handling the physical deployment, cabling, setup, and retrieval of client workstations. Candidates must possess completed vocational training or at least three years of professional experience in the IT technical field, coupled with very strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and good proficiency in Office 365 and AD user management. Experience with operating system installation using SCCM is also required.
