Job Summary

This role, based in Hilden (near Düsseldorf), is crucial for ensuring the technical availability of manufacturing equipment and successfully transitioning new products into routine production. The Specialist Operations will manage process optimization and implementation projects, including validation and qualification, focusing particularly on freeze-drying and filling systems. Day-to-day tasks involve introducing new PCR products into routine manufacturing, supporting GMP-compliant operations, troubleshooting, and collaborating closely with leadership on product changes and quality management. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in a technical scientific field with knowledge of PCR diagnostics, possesses strong project management skills, and is proficient in GMP standards.
