Job Summary

This role seeks an engaged System Engineer / IT Administrator to join a leading German clinic group in Prien am Chiemsee, focusing on the administration and support of a highly available, hybrid Windows Active Directory and Exchange infrastructure across two data centers. The primary responsibilities include the administration and maintenance of Group Policy Objects (GPOs), ensuring the secure operation of Windows Server 2016 and Windows 10 (and newer) environments, managing the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) solution, and providing essential 2nd-level support for incident resolution. The ideal candidate must demonstrate enthusiasm for the subject matter and possess at least three years of professional experience managing these core Microsoft technologies in both on-premise and hybrid settings, alongside strong knowledge of tools like PowerShell and WSUS.
