Job Summary

This challenging and varied role seeks an Executive Assistant to the Management for the Evangelical Agency of the Evangelical-Lutheran Church of Hanover. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the Executive Board on strategic initiatives and managing complex, independent projects, ensuring smooth internal operations. Key daily tasks include creating and updating process documentation, coordinating cooperation and business management contracts, and serving as a central interface for internal and external inquiries across various departments (HR, Finance, Internal Services). The role requires strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual capabilities, coupled with high commitment, discretion, and excellent communication skills. Necessary qualifications include a degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics, or an equivalent advanced administrative certification. This position offers significant scope for personal design and development within a motivated team, along with flexible working hours and competitive compensation under the TV-L pay scale 11. Loyalty to the Protestant Church and adherence to its protective concepts are mandatory prerequisites for employment.
