Job Summary
This full-time, permanent role involves the comprehensive administration of the Evangelical Agency's IT systems and network infrastructure in Hanover. The Administrator will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT, including the installation, configuration, and maintenance of networks and server software, particularly in virtualized environments. Key daily tasks include providing technical support (First-Level), troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining detailed technical documentation, and coordinating external IT service providers. A critical aspect is supporting the implementation of data protection and IT security standards and advising leadership on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) matters. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in IT System Integration or equivalent experience (minimum three years), strong proficiency with Microsoft products, and knowledge of mobile communication systems. This position requires high self-initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, and the willingness to work flexible hours within a dedicated team environment.
