Service Profit Center Manager | Ingenieur (m/w/d)

Job Summary
This critical leadership role involves taking overall responsibility for the revenue and associated costs of the German Service Profit Centers, excluding the Facility Management team. The manager will ensure timely, specification-compliant, and budget-adherent order processing while continuously optimizing processes and resources, including subcontractors, to improve key performance indicators such as accident-free operations, revenue against forecast, utilization rates, and customer presence time. Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical qualification, strong experience in Order Fulfillment, ideally within an After-Sales/Service environment, and proficiency with Field Service and ERP systems. The position requires excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and very good command of both German and English, offering an interesting challenge within a lucrative growth sector at a global leader in power conversion.
