Job Summary

This role involves taking overall responsibility for the revenue and associated costs of the German Service Profit Centers, ensuring that all orders are processed on time, meet specifications, and adhere to budget constraints. The manager will lead and develop the "Field Service Planning & Hotline / Support" team, providing both disciplinary and technical leadership to team leaders overseeing Project Engineers and Field Technicians. A core focus is the continuous optimization of processes and resources, including subcontractors, to enhance critical KPIs such as safety, utilization rates, and customer presence time. Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical qualification and possess profound experience in Order Fulfillment, ideally within an After-Sales or Service context.
