This role is for an IT Support Specialist passionate about technology and innovation, focusing on maintaining and evolving the company's IT infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, IT workstations, and mobile devices. The specialist will be crucial in providing 2nd-level support, analyzing and resolving complex technical issues both remotely and on-site, and acting as the primary technical point of contact for employees, ensuring service-friendly support. A key aspect of the job involves supporting and developing IT security solutions (e.g., Endpoint Protection, Firewalls, Patch Management) and actively improving internal IT processes through thorough documentation in the ticketing system. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a degree in Computer Science, Network Technology, or a comparable field of study

Experience

  • Professional experience with Windows Servers, Windows Server Services, and Exchange Servers
  • Experience in the setup and administration of Active Directory domain structures
  • Experience in handling software distribution systems, software packaging, and Mobile Device Management
