Job Summary
This role involves supporting complex wiring harnesses throughout the entire development process, from initial concepts to series production, for innovative technology projects. The Onboard Network Development Engineer will be responsible for creating detailed concepts for onboard network development during the early phases, including defining and presenting variations for wiring harnesses, pinning, ground distribution, load distribution, and fusing of onboard network systems. Key tasks also include calculating, designing, and presenting cross-sections, creating necessary documentation, and overseeing prototype development. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable field, coupled with professional experience in automotive electrics and strong knowledge of design, E/E wiring harnesses, and pinning.
