Job Summary

This leadership role requires a highly experienced professional to assume strategic and operational command of the Electrical, Measurement, and Control (EMR/EIC) department. Following an intensive onboarding period, you will be responsible for personnel leadership, financial management (P&L control over revenue, costs, and results), and ensuring adherence to all legal and internal standards. A crucial part of the job involves proactively developing the service portfolio, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, and driving innovation projects. The ideal candidate must hold an engineering degree in Electrical Engineering and possess several years of professional experience in planning and leading EMR projects within industrial settings, ideally the process industry. Success in this position demands strong expertise in Medium/Low Voltage technology, MSR/EIC systems, and sensor/actuator technology, combined with proven, motivating leadership skills and entrepreneurial thinking.
