Job Summary

This role seeks a proactive IT Systems Specialist to provide essential 2nd-Level IT Support, handling disruptions both remotely and on-site in a dynamic field service environment. Daily tasks include analyzing and resolving complex IT issues, maintaining and servicing both workstation and server systems, and actively contributing to the development of practical IT solutions, particularly concerning security, operating systems, and networks. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT qualification (such as an IT Specialist certification or comparable degree) and demonstrate solid experience managing IT infrastructure, networks, and virtualized environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
