The core responsibilities include defining comprehensive testing steps based on technical documentation, establishing test procedures, and creating detailed test plans and programs. You will be responsible for manufacturing and maintaining necessary test equipment and independently performing complex tests on electronic components. A crucial part of the job involves rigorous fault analysis on defective assemblies, documenting findings, and either conducting necessary rework/repair or directing components for service. You will also serve as the primary contact for the assembly and service teams regarding reported electronic component defects. Ideal candidates possess a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience, backed by a specialized three-year vocational training and specific certifications in repair techniques like soldering or AOI seminars.
