Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the quality of high-value consumer healthcare pharmaceuticals for a globally active, research-focused pharmaceutical company in Cologne. The Chemical Technician will be responsible for independently performing in-process, goods receipt, and packaging material testing, as well as handling the sampling of raw materials. A key part of the job includes creating and revising control procedures and quality-relevant documents, organizing and monitoring the ordering of laboratory equipment, and supporting the implementation of new IT systems and procedures. Candidates must possess a completed qualification as a Pharmaceutical or Chemical Technician, experience in GMP environments, familiarity with LIMS, and proficiency in MS Office. The position offers excellent working conditions, fair compensation based on the Chemical Collective Agreement (Equal Pay), and requires willingness to work shifts.
