Job Summary

This role is centered on independently leading technical projects and coordinating optimization measures for operational plants within a globally leading pharmaceutical and crop protection corporation. The Building Technology Engineer will take on the technical leadership of their team, ensuring the quality of all executed work and managing the budget for their area of responsibility. A crucial part of the role involves guaranteeing operational safety through regular inspections and risk assessments, as well as identifying potential improvements in plant technology and resolving equipment malfunctions. Candidates must hold a Diploma or Master's degree in fields such as Supply Technology or Production Technology, or an equivalent qualification. Success in this position requires comprehensive knowledge of current technical regulations, proven experience maintaining operational plants, and strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
