Job Summary

This role actively drives the digital transformation within a healthcare IT services organization by focusing on innovative data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects. The manager is responsible for developing and implementing a company-wide data and AI strategy aligned with strategic organizational goals, and establishing appropriate structures for responsible data and AI management. Day-to-day tasks include initiating and leading interdisciplinary projects in data analysis and AI, continuously optimizing methods for data quality, transparency, and ethical responsibility. The position involves providing expert consultation to internal and external stakeholders on data- and AI-based transformation processes, identifying new use cases, and creating technical and methodological requirements for data-driven systems. Furthermore, the role requires developing and executing communication strategies, organizing workshops, and building scientific networks to foster interdisciplinary collaboration. The ideal candidate must possess a strong academic background and practical experience in AI development, statistics, and project management.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in Data Science, Statistics, Medical Technology, Neurosciences, Digital Health, Informatics, Communication Sciences, Cognitive Psychology, or comparable studies; OR a university certificate or relevant further training in Digital Transformation, Innovation Management, Process Management, or Change Management.

Experience
