Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Electrical Engineering Master Craftsman or Technician ready to take on the responsibility of a Site Manager, focusing on complex building automation and building services projects. Based near Rostock, you will serve as the central interface between clients, suppliers, and your project team, ensuring the successful, timely, and budget-compliant completion of electrical engineering projects from initial planning through execution. Day-to-day duties involve leading and coordinating the site team and subcontractors, monitoring assembly work for quality and compliance with safety regulations, and managing efficient resource utilization. The ideal candidate must possess a completed electrical engineering qualification, multi-year experience in site coordination, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in reading technical diagrams.
