Job Summary

This challenging role seeks an experienced professional, such as a Master Electrician, Construction Manager, or Senior Foreman, to act as the Site Manager for Electrical Engineering and Technical Building Services (TGA). The core responsibility is the successful leadership and coordination of complex electrical projects, particularly within building automation, from initial planning through final implementation on site. Day-to-day activities include ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards, efficiently coordinating internal teams and subcontractors, monitoring installation work, and maintaining strict compliance with safety regulations. You will serve as the crucial interface between clients, suppliers, and internal departments, ensuring smooth project flow. Candidates must possess a completed technical education in Electrical Engineering, coupled with several years of relevant site management experience, strong leadership capabilities, and proficiency in reading technical plans.
