Job Summary

This role involves driving digital transformation by analyzing existing business processes and developing comprehensive optimization, digitalization, and automation solutions. Key responsibilities include specifying, designing, and developing software solutions and extensions for business applications like ERP systems. The specialist will conceptualize software architectures, build applications, and create Low-Code/No-Code solutions primarily within a cloud environment. The position requires managing existing and new automation processes, utilizing tools like MS Power Automate or UiPath, and coordinating external service providers for design, development, and support. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or a related field, possesses knowledge of object-oriented programming (e.g., Java, C#), experience in ERP/CRM application development, and proficiency in agile project environments and English.
