Job Summary

As a Project Manager, you will lead diverse IT projects focused on implementing digital solutions in close collaboration with various departments. Your role involves driving the development of project management competencies within Group IT, including standards, methods, tools, and knowledge. You will manage interdisciplinary project teams and external service providers, translating broad business requirements into concrete project initiatives. A key aspect of this role is taking responsibility for project goals, including quality, cost, and time specifications, while also conducting effective stakeholder, risk, and cost management. You will define and actively measure KPIs with clients to ensure expected benefits are realized, applying best-practice project and change management methods for structured planning and implementation. Additionally, you will facilitate workshops for requirement analysis and support the continuous optimization of workflows within agile internal and external teams.
