The specialist will be responsible for the daily operation and monitoring of production plants, ensuring smooth processes through systematic error and process analysis. Key tasks include meticulous documentation and evaluation of deviations, commissioning new equipment, performing requalification measures, and actively participating in process optimization initiatives. The role also requires planning and executing experiments and processing standard and problematic batches. Candidates should possess successfully completed vocational training (e.g., as an Industrial Mechanic, Electronics Technician, or Microtechnologist) and ideally bring initial professional experience from the semiconductor industry.
