Job Summary

This role involves preparing, planning, and executing construction measures, including the associated technical equipment, focusing on electrical, heavy and low current technology, and building automation, often utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM). The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for project monitoring, evaluating planning and construction services, and overseeing contractual, construction, and budgetary matters. Key requirements include a university degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or qualification as a certified technician in relevant disciplines. Candidates should possess excellent knowledge of planning and supervising technical installations, practical experience with BIM projects (in roles like BIM management or coordination), and strong familiarity with German public procurement and construction laws (HOAI, VgV, VOB).
