Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated Technical Rollout Specialist to ensure a stable and high-performing network infrastructure for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of critical firewall and network infrastructure solutions. The specialist will be heavily involved in analyzing, classifying, and resolving complex network issues as part of Incident Management, while also contributing actively to Change, Release, and Configuration Management processes. A key component of the job is the creation and maintenance of detailed technical documentation and participation in various projects. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, coupled with practical experience in network and firewall administration. Essential technical expertise includes strong knowledge of TCP/IP, switching/routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and proficiency in troubleshooting tools like tcpdump and Wireshark.
