The Development Engineer is responsible for evaluating and implementing new individual E/E products for electrical systems, deriving precise technical requirements for components and overall systems, and coordinating these specifications across relevant departments. Key responsibilities include creating comprehensive technical concepts for the entire electrical system architecture and managing the release process for the final concept. Day-to-day tasks also involve generating function, system, and wiring harness diagrams tailored for specific vehicle solutions. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, coupled with professional experience in vehicle electrics/electronics, particularly in developing electrical systems and handling safety-relevant or HV components.
