Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Process Manager passionate about digital sales and B2B e-commerce. You will be instrumental in ensuring the technical operation of Rittal's online shop, which is deployed across over 20 subsidiaries. Key responsibilities include managing requirements in close collaboration with subsidiaries and IT, overseeing sprint planning, testing, and technical acceptance, and driving the global rollout and enablement of the online shop. You will also optimize the global support concept, manage support requests, act as a key user for SAP/SAP Hybris Backoffice, and conduct training sessions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce processes and IT technical workflows, experience with ERP systems, and the ability to manage international project teams in agile environments.
