Job Summary
This role involves driving the international expansion and digital transformation of service operations for a leading system provider in the industrial sector. The Specialist will be responsible for designing and continuously developing a harmonized, end-to-end service process landscape, focusing heavily on automation and digitalization to boost efficiency, quality, and transparency. Key duties include defining functional requirements for implementation in future IT infrastructure, such as S4 HANA and Salesforce Service, and globally scaling these standardized processes while managing associated change management initiatives. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Informatics or equivalent, possesses multi-year professional experience in Customer Service or After Sales Service, and demonstrates strong conceptual, organizational, and strategic skills, coupled with fluency in both German and English.
