Job Summary

This role is designed for a Certified Technician or Master Mason to manage and oversee construction maintenance measures within the state administration of Saxony-Anhalt. The professional will be responsible for implementing construction maintenance projects, encompassing the full lifecycle from planning and contract preparation (LPH 2-8) through execution and final acceptance (LPH 6 & 8). Daily tasks involve rigorous cost and schedule control, securing necessary public permits, coordinating procurement processes, and supervising construction sites. A critical component is the post-construction phase, which includes object management, processing warranty claims (LPH 9), and conducting site inspections to identify defects before expiration deadlines. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of German construction law (VOB, HOAI) and demonstrates excellent communication and decision-making skills.
