Job Summary

This role involves acting as the client representative (Bauherr) and project manager for construction measures, maintenance, and projects related to Electrical, Telecommunications, and IT Technology within the state administration of Saxony-Anhalt. Key daily tasks include coordinating and reviewing services according to HOAI (Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers), managing BIM (Building Information Modeling) at the sub-area level, conducting site inspections, and preparing cost forecasts and economic comparisons. The engineer will lead projects, coordinate stakeholders, manage procurement processes (VOB, VgV, UVgO), and control contractors regarding costs, schedules, quality, and sustainability criteria (BNB). A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or related fields is mandatory. This is a crucial, permanent full-time position offering involvement in public infrastructure projects and future opportunities to develop in-house planning services using BIM methodology.
