Job Summary

This role involves developing critical solutions for connecting new customer facilities, ranging from large industrial consumers and EV charging infrastructure to wind and solar power plants, to the electricity grid. The Energy Engineer will be responsible for designing grid connections and metering systems for accurate power consumption and feed-in measurement. A core component of the job is managing complex energy industry inquiries concerning topics like Redispatch 2.0, feed-in tariffs, and gas crisis preparedness. The role requires end-to-end process management for grid connections, from technical design and contract drafting to finalizing connection and usage agreements. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Law, coupled with professional experience in network operation and energy industry regulations. Strong project management skills are beneficial for contributing expertise to cross-organizational projects and implementing new legal and technical requirements.
