Job Summary

This role focuses on developing customized solutions for network connections, covering diverse infrastructure such as wind farms, charging stations, and industrial facilities. The Grid Economics Engineer is responsible for creating concepts for grid connections and metering systems, while actively managing energy economic topics, including regulatory frameworks like Redispatch 2.0 and feed-in tariffs. A key aspect involves overseeing the entire process for grid connection and usage contracts, ensuring both technical and economic requirements are met. The ideal candidate holds a relevant university degree or equivalent qualification and possesses beneficial knowledge of grid operations and energy industry regulations. This is a full-time, permanent position offering an attractive salary, 30 days of annual leave, and significant work flexibility, including the possibility of working remotely three days per week after successful onboarding.
