Job Summary

This crucial role as an Executive Assistant operates within a modern healthcare service provider specializing in outpatient care. The position is structured as a part-time opportunity, dedicating 50% to supporting the Executive Management and 20% to supporting the General Management. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the central point of contact for the leadership team, managing complex schedules, organizing travel and events, and preparing detailed presentations and meeting minutes. The role also involves supporting strategic initiatives through market observation, coordinating cross-departmental projects, and handling critical internal and external correspondence with partners, clinics, and payers. Candidates must possess a university degree or commercial training, at least three years of relevant experience, and demonstrable fluency in German, complemented by strong organizational and MS Office skills.

Completed university degree or commercial training; ideally in healthcare or with a focus on administration/management.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years relevant professional experience in an assistance or back-office function
