Job Summary

This role is a unique opportunity to serve as the central point of contact and organizational backbone for the Managing Director and Executive Management of PAZ Pflegerische Ambulanzzentren GmbH, a modern healthcare service provider specializing in outpatient nursing care. The position is split, dedicating 50% to Executive Assistant duties and 20% to General Management Support. Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive calendar and travel management, preparing and following up on crucial meetings, and handling complex internal and external correspondence with partners, clinics, and insurance providers. You will be instrumental in supporting strategic initiatives through market monitoring, presentation creation, and cross-departmental project coordination, including budget oversight and resource planning. Candidates must possess excellent organizational skills, discretion, and fluency in German, coupled with at least three years of relevant professional experience, ideally within the healthcare or service sector.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree or commercial vocational training, ideally in healthcare, administration, or management

Experience

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in an assistance or back-office function
  • Experience preferred in the healthcare or service sector
  • Professional experience in project management and coordination
