Job Summary
This Helpdesk Specialist role, supporting an exciting project for a major company in Traunstein, serves as the first point of contact for all technical IT questions and issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software, and performing fault diagnosis and resolution both locally and via remote access. The specialist is responsible for documenting and tracking all support requests within ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow. Furthermore, the role involves training employees on the use of IT systems and applications like Microsoft Office and SAP, collaborating with other IT teams on complex challenges, and proactively monitoring the IT infrastructure using tools like Nagios or Zabbix. Candidates must bring a completed IT qualification, relevant helpdesk experience, and strong communication skills in both German and English. This position offers an unlimited contract and targeted professional development.
