Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious IT Support Specialist eager to contribute expertise to innovative technology projects within the engineering sector. The primary responsibilities include providing technical support to users and system administrators across both server and client environments. Day-to-day tasks involve independently processing tickets within First and Second-Level Support, conducting user training and introductions, and actively participating in developing and maintaining the Helpdesk team's knowledge database. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent experience, coupled with proficiency in both German and English.
