Job Summary

This role involves driving technological advancement by conceptualizing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing technologies specifically for the assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic components. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing production processes through detailed observations to identify and implement optimization potential, developing new production procedures, and ensuring their smooth introduction in close collaboration with the Quality department. You will also be responsible for assessing drawing changes in cooperation with development teams to ensure manufacturing cost optimization. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification, coupled with professional experience in PCB manufacturing technologies and relevant quality standards.
