Job Summary
This role is ideal for an engineering professional focused on advancing optical technologies within a modern laboratory setting. The Laboratory Engineer will be responsible for the assembly and testing of complex optical systems, requiring expertise in planning efficient testing strategies and commissioning test and adjustment devices for optical equipment. Day-to-day tasks include managing measurement stations, performing detailed measurements using optical, mechanical, and electrical testing tools, and meticulously documenting and evaluating test results to generate comprehensive measurement reports. Key qualifications include a degree in Technical Optics, Physics, Laser Technology, or Photonics, coupled with practical experience in setting up optical experiments and utilizing optical measurement devices.
