Job Summary

This role involves joining a dynamic team focused on the production of therapeutic oligonucleotides used for treating genetic diseases. After an extensive training period, the operator will manage the preparation and execution of batch production runs utilizing modern synthesis machines, HPLC systems, ultrafiltration units, and freeze-drying equipment. A core responsibility is working in cleanroom environments, ensuring strict adherence to GMP guidelines through meticulous documentation and careful operational procedures. Furthermore, the operator will collaborate with the team to implement new production-scale processes, ensuring the necessary quality standards are maintained for novel active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). Ideal candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Biotechnology, possess enthusiasm for modern biotechnological production facilities, and ideally have initial professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of GMP regulations.
