Job Summary

This role is for an all-round Chemical Technician specializing in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) production within a leading synthetic nucleic acid manufacturer based in Frankfurt am Main. The technician will primarily focus on operating and preparing pilot-scale production facilities. Daily tasks involve diverse chemical processes including oligonucleotide synthesis, Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), Ion Exchange Chromatography (HPLC), freeze-drying, filling, and packaging. The role also includes analytical methods like photometry, pH, and conductivity determination. Candidates should possess completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Assistant, Chemical Technician, BTA, CTA, or PTA, coupled with experience handling chemicals and laboratory work, and a strong technical aptitude.
