This leadership role involves managing and developing the IT customer systems within the Platform Operations Center, focusing on 2nd-level IT structures and services. The Head of IT Customer Systems is responsible for the operational stability and strategic evolution of customer IT infrastructures, necessitating strong expertise in Managed Services and hosting environments (Windows, Linux, and Networking). Key daily tasks include disciplinary and technical leadership of an expert team, planning and overseeing IT projects for business clients, managing team expansion, resource allocation, and ensuring economic utilization. Furthermore, the role requires supporting the sales team through pre-sales activities and continuously developing the solution portfolio. Candidates must possess several years of leadership experience in IT Operations, a relevant technical degree or apprenticeship, and exceptional communication skills, all while maintaining an entrepreneurial and results-oriented approach.
